Ingredients
  • 4-5 small Jerusalem artichokes (Sunchoke)
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 pearly onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 50 g lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 300 ml water
Instructions
  1. Peel and quarter the Jerusalem artichokes (Sunchoke).

  2. Dice the carrots into small cubes.

  3. Finely chop the onions and garlic, then sauté them along with the carrots in olive oil.

  4. Add the ground beef and stir well. Gradually add a small amount of water. Break down and cook the ground beef until thoroughly browned.

     
  5. Add the Jerusalem artichokes (Sunchoke), followed by the rice, and finally, pour in the water.

  6. Cook over low heat for approximately 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
